Vera Gil is a highly experienced professional with over 35 years of expertise in municipal government, specializing in affordable housing. In her most recent role, Vera served as a Project Manager for Affordable Housing at the City of Mountain View where she successfully managed a 500-unit affordable housing project from conception to construction. She was responsible for administering the City's Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for affordable housing funds and played an integral part in the loan closing process for affordable housing developments. Additionally, she worked closely with external counsel to ensure compliance with the City's
Underwriting Guidelines and processed affordable housing developers' draw requests, carefully reviewing them for use compliance.
