Good City Company is a local government and land use consultant firm originally founded in the City of Good Living, San Carlos, Ca, and now located in Downtown Redwood City​. Originally founded in 1972 as Neal Martin & Associates, the company was re-established in 2019 as Good City Company (Good City). The company is California corporation owned and operated by Lisa Costa Sanders and Aaron Aknin, AICP.
