Sabina Mora, CEcD

Economic Development Lead

Sabina Mora has 15+ years of experience working for state, regional, and municipal economic development agencies in communities across New York, Texas, and California, with the last six years in the Bay Area. Her areas of focus are community and economic development and long-range planning with expertise downtown and commercial corridor revitalization and civic engagement. She brings innovative approaches to each project, prioritizing community concerns, promoting collaboration, and fostering the type of placemaking that supports quality of life of local businesses and residents.

​Sabina's recent experience in community, economic development and long-range planning includes leading economic development strategy development for the cities of Novato and Redwood City and administering economic development programs for the City of South San Francisco and the City of Mountain View. She also has a strong background conducting targeted outreach and public engagement for hard-to-reach populations in multiple languages.
