Sabina Mora has 15+ years of experience working for state, regional, and municipal agencies in communities across New York, Texas, and California. Her areas of focus are community and economic development, long-range planning, downtown revitalization and neighborhood development strategies. She brings innovative approaches to each project, prioritizing community concerns, promoting collaboration, and fostering the type of placemaking that supports quality of life of local businesses and residents.

Sabina's recent experience in community, economic development and long-range planning includes administering economic development programs for the County of San Mateo, City of South San Francisco, and the City of Mountain View, managing a comprehensive assessment of the North Fair Oaks Community Plan, and preparing fair housing analyses, policies and programs for the 2023-2031 Housing Elements for the cities of South San Francisco, Pacifica, and San Bruno. She also has a strong background conducting targeted outreach and public engagement for hard-to-reach populations in multiple languages.
