Jamie Bourne

Assistant Planner

Jamie is an urban planning professional with over eight years combined experience in Current Planning, Watershed Management, and Affordable Housing programming. She joins Good City Company as an Assistant Planner providing front counter services, zoning verifications, plan reviews, drafting of staff reports, and presentations to Planning Commissions. Additionally, she is a resource for National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System compliance. Currently, Jamie is a contract Planner for the City of San Carlos and Town of Portola Valley, and assists as a deputy project manager for the City of San Leandro

Jamie previously worked in Watershed Management for Fuscoe Best Management Practice compliance, assisted in preparing complex environmental reports, and served as lead consultant for the City of Yorba Linda stormwater management and water quality programs.

Jamie also previously operated a General Contracting business and professional organizing company that specialized in remodels, move management, and general residential organizing services.

During college, Jamie interned for the California Coastal Commission Enforcement Division, City of Newport Beach Building Department, and Comprehensive Housing Services specializing in affordable housing services.

Outside of work, Jamie loves hiking, yoga, backpacking, snowboarding, and gardening.
