Sierra Point Redevelopment - Brisbane

Good City Company is the Project Manager for two redevelopment projects on the Sierra Point Peninsula in Brisbane. Sierra Point Towers at 8000 Marina Boulevard would construct three new eight-story science office towers and two new parking structures totaling 1.3 million square feet in gross floor area. Across the street at 9000 Marina Boulevard, a separate developer is proposing a new 11-story, 600-room hotel and an 11-story, 660,000-square-foot life science office building.

• Environmental Impact Report (EIR) management and facilitation
  
• Project review
• Public outreach and workshopping
• Involvement of local stakeholders and officials
• Continued coordination between applicants, City staff, legal, regional regulatory agencies, environmental and transportation consultants, and various project sub-consultants on key project objectives
