Shoreway Office Park - Belmont

Good City Company is the project manager for the City of Belmont’s review and entitlement of the Shoreway Office Park, located at 1301 Shoreway Road. The project proposes two office buildings (7 and 8 stories), totaling 542,035 square feet, and a nine-level detached parking structure on a 6.9-acre site.
The scope of work includes planning and zoning compliance analysis, coordinating interdepartmental review, vetting project comments, managing environmental review, and resolving issues with the project throughout the review process. The applicant requested rezoning to a Planned Unit Development (PD) Zoning Designation to allow site-specific development standards. Good City led the PD review process and prepared the project for consideration by the City Council for approval, including preparing and presenting reports, exhibits, resolutions, ordinances, and public hearing presentations. Good City coordinated with the applicant and the San Francisco Bay Conservation & Development Commission (BCDC) for BCDC’s review of the project to ensure public access to tidally influenced waterways. Good City also worked with the San Carlos Airport Land Use Commission to review the project for consistency with the Airport Land Use Plan. |
