Sheena Kong

Administrative Assistant

Sheena Kong joined Good City Company in November 2025 as an Administrative Assistant.

Sheena received her associate’s degree in Business Administration and Economics (ABA) from Cañada College in 2021. She then transferred to San Francisco State University, where she obtained her bachelor's degree in Business Administration and General Business (BSBA) in 2024.

Sheena has over a decade of administrative experience, including a law office. Prior to joining Good City Company, she spent six years at Swift Legal. At Swift Legal, her responsibilities included court filings, ensuring process serving rules and regulations, document retrieval, adhering the company to county court deadlines, and many others.

Shena spent many of those years with Swift Legal visiting the county clerk’s office, and as someone who spent so much time at the courthouse, she was able to assist people at the clerk's office who spoke Cantonese and very little English when filing legal documents.

In her free time, Sheena enjoys giving back. She volunteers with San Mateo County Service League by helping to raise funds for people who are incarcerated and clients in drug and alcohol rehabilitation programs. She is on the Client Advisory Board for WANDA, a single mother’s financial program in San Mateo and Santa Clara County, as well as, on the Scholarship Selection Committee for Deblinger Family Scholarship.

Sheena lives in San Mateo with her 12-year-old son. When she is not working, volunteering in the community, or participating in her son’s PTA, she has a small party business where she creates balloon arches and diaper cake centerpieces.
