David TalgoPlanning TechnicianDavid Talgo joins Good City as a Planning Technician, where he will focus on advanced planning projects, contributing to long-term urban planning efforts and initiatives that shape cities’ future development.
Previously, David gained experience as an Intern Field Organizer on a congressional campaign, where he practiced different canvassing techniques and worked closely with residents to address local needs. This experience provided him with valuable insights into community engagement and competing goals, strategies, and interests. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from New York University, with a minor in Urban Design. In his Urban Design program, he developed proposals for a multi-use development on the Brooklyn waterfront and a pedestrian-oriented street redesign adjacent to Fort Greene Park. He also studied the relationship between urban planning and climate change policy and politics. |
