Good City provided Principal Planner services, overseeing community outreach efforts by the applicant, responding to constituent inquiries, and negotiating community benefits. Good City also provided a Senior Planner as the day-to-day project manager, providing planning and zoning compliance review, coordinating interdepartmental and outside agency review, vetting project comments, managing environmental review consultants, and resolving issues with the project throughout the review process. |
