Good City is providing Project Manager services for the formal development application. Good City is evaluating the project for compliance with the General Plan, municipal code, objective design standards, SB 330, AB 130, and State Density Bonus Law; preparing letters of incompleteness and inconsistency; coordinating closely with the developer; facilitating interdepartmental and outside agency review; vetting and consolidating project comments; managing required processing steps and timelines; and resolving issues throughout the review process. |
